Affiliate Agreement

• Affiliates are NOT permitted to use ANY Last Battery clients' photos, user testimonials, or user images in their promotions. Violations will result in an immediate ban from ClickBank. Written permission may be granted upon request — contact us to inquire.
• This offer does not allow Brand Bidding, Branded Search, or any traffic from Google unless it is Display or YouTube. Microsoft and Quora traffic are also prohibited.
• Affiliates are forbidden from creating webpages, social media pages, or accounts that falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of Last Battery products. Any review page must clearly disclose that it is a REVIEW page and that the affiliate is being compensated for the review.
• Affiliates are strictly prohibited from creating, publishing, or promoting any content — including posts, ads, videos, or reviews — using phrases such as "Is Last Battery a Scam?" or any similar scam-related language referencing the Last Battery brand. Any affiliate found violating this rule will be immediately and permanently banned.
• Affiliates are not permitted to publish or distribute Press Releases for Last Battery in any way, shape, or form — including any press release platform, website, printed media, or press release service.
• Promotion of Last Battery on retail sites, auction sites, or app stores — including Amazon, eBay, Google Store, iTunes, or any similar platform — is strictly forbidden. This includes products created by the affiliate or by us. Selling products branded with the Last Battery brand on Craigslist, Kijiji, or any classified ad network is also prohibited.
• Affiliates may not bypass Last Battery sales pages to generate orders. Direct linking to a cart or order form from any ad or landing page is not allowed. The customer must view our offer as presented by us before reaching the cart.
